Frequently asked questions
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. You can downgrade from Pro to Free anytime — the change takes effect on the next renewal date. Upgrading from Free to Pro takes effect immediately.
- What is Founders Edition?
- A limited one-time purchase for the first 50 customers (¥4,800). You get every current and future Pro feature for as long as we run the service.
- Can I get a tax invoice?
- Yes — Pro / Team / Founders Edition support tax invoice PDF downloads (coming soon).
- Which payment methods are supported?
- We accept major credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX) via Stripe. Wire-transfer billing for enterprises is planned for the Biz plan (coming soon).
- How do I cancel?
- Self-service via Dashboard > Settings > Billing history at any time.
- What happens if I hit a Free quota limit?
- During MVP we only show soft-limit warnings — your work isn't blocked. Hard gates are coming soon. We recommend upgrading to Pro early.
