Frequently asked questions
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. You can downgrade from Pro to Free anytime — the change takes effect on the next renewal date. Upgrading from Free to Pro takes effect immediately.
- What is Founders Edition?
- A limited one-time purchase for the first 50 customers, until Oct 31, 2026 (¥4,800). You get every current and future Pro feature for as long as we run the service.
- Can I get a tax invoice?
- Japanese qualified invoices are not supported yet. The receipts Stripe issues can be downloaded from Dashboard > Settings > Billing history, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- We accept major credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX) via Stripe. Wire-transfer billing for enterprises is planned for the Biz plan (coming soon).
- How do I cancel?
- Open the Stripe customer portal from Dashboard > Settings > Billing history and cancel yourself at any time. You keep your current plan's features until the next renewal date. Founders Edition is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
- What happens if I hit a Free quota limit?
- Once you hit a limit, creating new rooms and share URLs is blocked. Hitting a limit never stops share URLs you already issued — they stay viewable until the expiry you set. Upgrade to Pro to raise the limits.
