Notice based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
The following notice is provided in accordance with Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Advertisement of Mail Order Sales) of Japan.

If prices are revised, we will announce the revision on the Service and notify registered email addresses a reasonable period in advance of the effective date.
Additional Fees Other Than Product Price
- Communication and device costs are borne by the User.
- There are no additional charges from the Company beyond the plan fees.
Payment Method
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club)
- Payment processor: Stripe Payments Japan K.K. (https://stripe.com/jp)
- Credit card information is not stored on the Company's servers and is securely processed by Stripe Japan.
Time of Payment
- Monthly plans: Initial charge upon subscription; thereafter automatically charged on the same day each month
- Founders Edition: One-time charge upon subscription
Time of Provision of Service
- The Service becomes available for use immediately upon completion of payment.
- This is not a downloadable product; it provides access rights to the Service.
Automatic Renewal
- Monthly plans (Pro / Team) automatically renew each month unless cancellation procedures are completed.
- Cancellation can be performed at any time from the Service's administration screen. After cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of SaaS (Software as a Service), in principle no returns or refunds will be accepted after purchase. The following are exceptions:
- Founders Edition: A full refund is provided only if requested within 14 days of purchase and only if the Edition has not been used. "Not used" means a state in which none of the Pro-plan-only features (password protection, expiration settings exceeding 30 days, email-invite access, etc.) have been used after the Founders Edition took effect (see Article 5 of the Terms of Service).
- Material defect attributable to the Company: If the Service was unavailable due to a material defect attributable to the Company, the monthly fee for the affected month of a monthly plan will be refunded. For the Founders Edition, the refund provisions applicable to Service termination in Article 8 of the Terms of Service shall apply.
Operating Environment
- Recommended browsers: latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari
- JavaScript and cookies must be enabled.
- The Service is also available on smartphones and tablets, but use on PC browsers is recommended.
Validity of Subscription
- A contract is concluded upon completion of payment following subscription. If payment is not completed, the subscription is invalid.
